Robert F. Gant Bio:
Robert F. Gant was born in Seattle, Washington in 1953. He graduated from Garfield High School in 1971. He attended North Seattle Community College in 1972 and 1973 majoring in Business Administration and the University of Washington in 1974 majoring in Communications. Mr. Gant’s career in the entertainment industry began in 1969 with KOMO TV, the local ABC television network affiliate in Seattle. Mr. Gant worked on the production of KOMO’s 5pm daily evening news cast as a production assistant and film editor.
In 1972 Mr. Gant combined his talents in the film and television industry with his brother Richard L. Gant’s talents in the music industry and formed Gant Productions. In 1978 Gant Productions was incorporated and became Gant Productions, Inc. The new company established offices on 3 rd and Union in downtown Seattle in Suite 1102 of Vance Building. At the time Gant Productions, Inc. along with Fred Bennett Creations were the only independently financed African American businesses located in downtown Seattle.
In 1980 Gant Productions, Inc. rebranded as GPI Communications, Inc. The company expanded the scope of its operations to engaging in the financing, production and selling of motion pictures (GPI Film Group), radio and television programs, (GPI Television Group) music publishing, (BlacksBack Music –BMI, Winfree Music – ASCAP, and Midas Touch Music Licensing. Inc.), record production (GPI Records Group) and its associated labels (GPI Records, Smokin’ Wax Records, Winfree Records and BlacksBack Records) and artist management (BlacksBack Artist Management).
The general theatrical and amusement business (Jet City Promotions). The general advertising and public relations business (AR&R Advertising.) The management and coordination of all types of events (Starburst Productions), and the publishing of books, magazines, and other printed material (GPI Publishing Group d.b.a.: Last Word Publications). Today, Mr. Gant remains engaged in the entertainment business as CEO of GPI Communications.
In addition to his responsibilities as CEO of GPI Communications. Mr. Gant established the full-service management and business consulting firm RF & Associates Consulting LLC. RF & Associates Consulting allows Mr. Gant to utilize his knowledge and experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating all entertainment industry agreements and entertainment law, intellectual property law, securities law, and corporate law to advise and assist individuals and businesses with entity formation, equity financing, business planning, strategic planning and market analysis.

Complete film production services on site including Construction/Prop Shop & Vendor Services Building and parking for 500 cars and 50 semi-trailers. Developed a plan to finance the project through a private stock offering with a plan of stock issuance as follows:
• Common Stock Offering consisting of 4,000,000 shares of Common Stock @ $5.00 per share.
• Total proceeds if all common shares were sold: $20,000,000.00.
